My Story
Life with passion
I was always the high achiever who checked every box, followed the rules, and won scholarships and awards. I became a college professor at age 23, and a career counselor soon afterwards.
Finding no fulfillment even after overachieving all the goals, I started my own online marketing company. I replaced my 9-5 income in the first month and over the following 5 years, grew the business to the point where I was constantly booked out. It was like a dream come true.
Then everything changed.
After a perfect pregnancy, my daughter, Maeve Evalyn, was inexplicably stillborn. In the profound grief that followed, I realized that this experience was going to define me one way or another.
I had a choice to make: I could go into a cycle of depression, numbing myself and hiding from the world — or, I could take risks in life and business that I’d been too scared to take until then, and in the process create a lasting legacy for Maeve.
That whole “life is short” lesson hit home and I chose the latter.
I’d already survived the biggest tragedy I’d ever experience, and I wasn’t scared anymore.
Not about what other people thought, and not about failing.
With the help of a business coach, I figured out what I was uniquely gifted and called to do: help other conscious entrepreneurs build their lives and businesses doing what they love.
I’m now on a mission to show you that no matter what you’ve been through, it’s possible not only to survive, but to thrive.
I wrote a book to help high-achievers quit their 9-5 jobs and replace their incomes running their own businesses.
And I started Life With Passion to empower impact-driven change-makers to better their lives, live their dreams, and raise consciousness through entrepreneurship. Over the last 7 years, I’ve helped hundreds of entrepreneurs find the clarity and confidence they needed to turn lifelong dreams into reality.

- I've loved horses my whole life, but grew up hearing that they were too expensive. Today, I run my own horse breeding business.
