When I wrote my book, I identified a linear step by step process that I believe any service-based owner can have nailed down to be successful. I think keeping those in front of me helps me stay on track and know that we’re solving for the right problem.

If a client comes to me and says “No one is buying my offer” I can identify, well, that’s Step 4, and when I ask them questions, usually it’s uncovered that the problem lies somewhere in Steps 1-3.

In Steps 1-3, first you need to decide, then focus on your mindset, learning how to start thinking like an entrepreneur instead of an employee, and then identify your niche… because if you know exactly who you’re taking a stand for, then creating the offer can be super simple.

If you have anywhere from Steps 1-3 messed up in your head, you’re never going to be clear and feel confident that you have something of value that you can charge for.
