What is one of your greatest strengths that you bring to the table for your clients?

🗨️ "What do you do as a coach in those moments as the person that someone turns to you? You’re the mirror. You have to walk very carefully in your wording - know when to push, know when to pull back. How do you have those hard conversations?"

One of my greatest strengths is that I am very intuitive and sensitive. I’m an INFJ - an intuitive feeler. I’m also a type 3 enneagram, an achiever. So when you marry those things together, I just get it. I can feel other people’s feelings and know how they need to be coached and talked to and supported in a way that’s unique to them. That’s why I’m meant to do this work, because I can meet them exactly where they are, because I can literally feel it through the phone line.

In those moments--which can be very emotional for people--I can hold space for them, and also not let them STAY in that spot. Help them transcend. The gift in having this realization and then help know what to do from there.
