Today's insight: Do 5 Minutes!

This could be perhaps the most revolutionary piece of advice I’ve given or taken in myself.

Set a timer and just do your one thing for just 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes. Seriously. If you want to, you can do it for longer, but you don’t have to. Watch what happens and how you feel once you do it.

One woman in my community used this hack to start using a whole new system she’d been wanting to use in her business because she knew it would save her tons of time, but had been procrastinating on for months because...she could never find the time to implement it. :) In just 5 minutes a day, she knocked that sucker out.
